The Roma Memorial University Scholarship (RMUSP-Core Program) offers a merit-based open competition for academic scholarships for Roma students, citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia or Turkey. As of 2009 the Program has extended to Albania. Eligible applicants must be pursuing BA, MA/MS or PhD degrees at state-accredited and well-acknowledged universities in their home country or country of residence.
